Welcome to The Dead Mom Club, operated by Miranda Malone LLC. We provide grief education, community, coaching, programs, events, digital resources, and related offerings for women navigating mother loss. By accessing our website, purchasing or participating in our offerings, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Miranda Malone LLC provides grief education, coaching, community experiences, digital resources, workshops, events, hypnotherapy based educational experiences, and other personal development offerings through The Dead Mom Club and related programs.

Although Miranda Malone has professional training and clinical experience as a therapist, services offered through Miranda Malone LLC and The Dead Mom Club are educational, coaching, community, and personal development services. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

Participation in The Dead Mom Club, Becoming Home, workshops, events, courses, community spaces, or other offerings does not establish a therapist client relationship with Miranda Malone.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in our programs, communities, services, or other paid offerings unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Prices, payment schedules, and payment options vary by offering and will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, payments for programs, digital products, workshops, events, and other paid offerings are nonrefundable.

If a payment plan is offered, selecting a payment plan represents a commitment to pay the full purchase price. Discontinuing participation in a program or offering does not automatically cancel remaining payments owed.

Certain events, retreats, collaborations, or third party experiences may be subject to additional or separate cancellation and refund terms. Those terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will control if they conflict with this general policy.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to receive text messages from Miranda Malone LLC, you consent to receive SMS communications, which may include promotional messages, offers, event announcements, program information, and other marketing communications.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your decision to opt out of SMS marketing will not affect your ability to receive services or participate in offerings you have otherwise purchased.

4. Code of Conduct

The Dead Mom Club and our related programs and community spaces are intended to be supportive, respectful environments. By participating, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with other participants, community members, and team members.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by other participants in group and community settings.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, threatening behavior, or other harmful conduct.

Miranda Malone LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a community, program, event, or other offering for behavior that violates these standards. Removal due to a violation of these terms does not entitle the participant to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Miranda Malone LLC and The Dead Mom Club, including but not limited to videos, recordings, workshops, courses, frameworks, exercises, workbooks, hypnosis and meditation recordings, written materials, graphics, digital resources, and program materials, is owned by Miranda Malone LLC or used with permission.

Content is provided for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish, teach, modify, or otherwise use these materials without prior written permission from Miranda Malone LLC.

6. Changes to Terms

Miranda Malone LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website, programs, services, or offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Personal Responsibility and Disclaimer

Our programs and educational materials are intended for personal development, grief education, community support, and informational purposes. Individual experiences and results will vary, and Miranda Malone LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome from participating in our offerings.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and determining whether an offering is appropriate for you. Nothing provided through our website, programs, communities, or services should be interpreted as medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care.
