This is 1:1 grief guidance for the GrievHER who is ready to stop carrying everything alone and
begin relating to their loss with depth, safety, and meaning.

Through 50 minute grief guidance sessions and/or 90 minute hypnotherapy sessions, we work together to gently untangle what your mother’s death shaped and help you come home to yourself again.

Here, you will learn what it looks like to be supported in a way that honors both your nervous system and your soul.

This work blends grounded grief guidance with hypnotherapy to help you process loss not just intellectually, but emotionally and somatically. We move at a pace your body can trust. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

In our work together, we may explore attachment patterns shaped by mother loss, unprocessed grief stored in the body, identity shifts, anxiety, or the quiet ache that never quite left. Hypnotherapy sessions offer a deeper layer of healing, allowing access to subconscious material, early memories, and inner safety in a way talk alone often cannot.

Girl, is this you?

This work is offered virtually and designed to meet you exactly where you are, with depth, care, and intention.

These 50 minute virtual sessions offer relational, present moment grief support. This is a space to talk, feel, reflect, and make meaning together. Sessions are guided by what is most alive for you and may include emotional processing, attachment based insight, nervous system support, and gentle integration of your grief story.

What’s included:

❤️‍🔥One 50 minute virtual grief guidance session
❤️‍🔥Trauma informed, grief centered support
❤️‍🔥A space to process emotions, patterns, and identity shaped by mother loss

Investment:

❤️‍🔥$200 per session
❤️‍🔥Virtual only

These 90 minute virtual sessions allow us to work at a deeper, subconscious level. Hypnotherapy supports access to early experiences, emotional memory, inner safety, and the parts of you that may not be reachable through conversation alone.

Sessions are slow, grounded, and collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout. This is not about reliving trauma, but about creating safety, connection, and repair where it is needed most.

What’s included:

❤️‍🔥One 90 minute virtual hypnotherapy session
❤️‍🔥Pre session grounding and intention setting
❤️‍🔥Guided hypnotherapy experience
❤️‍🔥Post session integration and reflection

Investment:

FAQs

Got a question? Check out our FAQs below, if you can’t find what you need, just pop me a message.

  • No. This is grief guidance and hypnotherapy, not psychotherapy. While my background is in clinical social work, this work is offered as coaching and psychospiritual support rather than mental health treatment.

  • Not at all. Many women come into this work feeling emotionally blocked, unsure how to express what they feel, or exhausted from explaining themselves. We move at a pace your body can trust, using conversation, reflection, and hypnotherapy when appropriate.

  • Many of the women I work with have years of therapy behind them. This work often goes deeper because it integrates body based awareness, subconscious healing, and meaning making around mother loss rather than focusing solely on insight or coping strategies.

  • Yes, hypnotherapy is safe and gentle. You remain aware and in control the entire time. It is not mind control and you cannot be made to say or do anything against your will. Think of it as a deeply relaxed, focused state that allows access to inner awareness and emotional memory.

  • No. Grief guidance sessions are powerful on their own. Hypnotherapy is an optional deeper layer for those who feel ready and curious about subconscious or early grief tending.

  • If you want space to talk, process, and make sense of what you’re carrying, grief guidance is a great place to start. If you feel stuck, disconnected from your body, or curious about working beneath the surface, hypnotherapy may be supportive. You’re also welcome to alternate between the two. As always, you’re welcome to contact me to help you decide which option is best.

  • All one to one sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to join from the comfort and safety of your own space.

  • Yes. Active Dead Mom Club members receive a 10% discount on all one to one grief guidance and hypnotherapy sessions.

  • Yes. I work with women who lost their mothers at any age. The work is always tailored to your specific relationship, history, and current life stage.

  • No. This work is not designed for crisis or emergency situations. If you are experiencing acute distress, thoughts of harming yourself, or feel unsafe, please reach out to your local emergency services or a crisis support line.

  • I have a community of women who TRULY understand what I am feeling on a daily basis! I still have days that I can get barely out of bed, but I now can acknowledge that this sucks, reach out to a community that understands, and continue on. I also now know that this is a life journey of living with grief. I feel like I initially only thought this would be thing I check marked off (like everything else in my life) as I went through the steps.

  • I struggled to understand and articulate just how much my unprocessed grief was continuing to impact my life, even 20+ years later. In the past, I’ve also felt very invalidated about the fact that I can still be missing my mom even though she died so long ago and I didn’t have much time to get to know her. Group has totally changed that. Of course I still miss my mom - she’s my MOM.

  • There is a tangible strength being surrounded by other women who have lost their mothers, and that has been empowering to be a part of. You do an amazing job of creating a community where women feel understood and not alone.

  • After working with Miranda, I realized that my hyper independence and lifelong issues with boundaries were a product of my early mother loss. I never connected the two. I’ve seen therapists in the past, but none of them connected the dots. It all makes sense to me now. Miranda is a safe space. She can relate to your grief, she understands the relationship between behaviors and loss, she validate your emotions, and helps guide you on your grief journey. She walks along side you because she has experienced it all herself.

  • I chose Miranda because she gets it. She knows what it's like to grow up without a mom and to feel the pain we feel. I chose to work with her because she isn't afraid to think outside the box and ask questions you wouldn't think of. Miranda is incredibly emotionally intelligent, thoughtful, and caring. She has changed our lives and I wish we met her sooner.
