Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2025
Welcome to The Mother Loss Collective, a space for community healing, soul work, and grief support. By participating in our offerings, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
Miranda Malone, known as The Mother Loss Therapist, offers coaching, community, educational materials, and psychospiritual practices. While Miranda is a licensed therapist, the services provided through The Mother Loss Collective are not therapy and are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment.
Participation in group programs, workshops, or community spaces does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join any programs or services.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Collective Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
Immersion and digital offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans must be honored in full unless a hardship exemption is granted.
4. Code of Conduct
This is a sacred and supportive space. We expect:
Respectful communication
Confidentiality of group experiences
Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination
Violation of these boundaries may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content—workbooks, meditations, course materials—is the intellectual property of Miranda Malone. Sharing, copying, or republishing without permission is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the services constitutes agreement to the current terms.
